The process in 5 steps
Pre-call & event briefing
We discuss the run of show, the desired highlights and the technical conditions on site.
Technical planning
Camera positions, lighting setup and sound are planned based on the event layout. If needed, we carry out a location scout.
Filming on the event day
Our team is on site before, during and after the event -- including setup impressions and networking scenes.
Post-production
From the raw footage we create a highlight film, optionally complemented by interviews and detail shots. Two rounds of revisions included.
Handover & distribution
Delivery as a main film and social media clips. On request including a same-day edit right on the day of the event.
